Xinghai Park is situated in the western part of the Beach Road next to the Malan River mouth. The park consists of a 0.15 million-square-meter garden and an 800-meter-long bow-shaped man-made beach. Sun Asia Ocean World and Ocean Amusement Park are also built in the park.

The man-made beach is made up of the artificial sand, tranquil sea, and low level shore ground. Every summer, thousands of tourists are attracted to this holiday spot.
