Spring
(March through May) averages around 15°C in temperature
and sees less amount of rain precipitation. The winter-dominating
northwesterly monsoon gradually abates into southeasterly
monsoon at 20-38 kmph. And it's usually foggy at the sea.
It is the season for jackets, thin sweaters, long-sleeve shirts
or jeans.
Summer

average around 30°C. It often rains in the nighttime.
The dominant southerly flows at the speed of 12-28 kmph. In
the daytime, it is often overcast with the sunshine hours
less than those in Spring or in Autumn. The best garments
for this season are T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, shorts, skirts
and sandals.
Autumn
(late September through early November) averages between 16°C
and 20°C in temperature and the mild southeasterly monsoon
gradually aggravates to the forceful northwesterly monsoon
at the speed of 12-28 kmph. The daytime sunshine hours last
much longer than those in summer. The suitable garments for
the season are the ones like jackets, thin sweaters, and jeans.

through early March) has its low ranging from -14°C to
